We offer seat-in-coach transfers to Cairns Airport at scheduled times.

When travelling to the airport, allowing for passenger pick ups, moderate traffic levels and good weather, typical travel times are as follows;
30mins from far end of Cairns City

These times do not factor in check-in times, or any unforeseen circumstances.
When selecting a transfer time, please ensure that you consider the check-in requirements for your flight, and provide your flight number and scheduled flight time.

If trips are likely to be longer because of adverse weather, road works, or local events, the tour operator will recommend a more prudent departure time. However, please note that it is ultimately the passengers responsibility to ensure that the transfer times are appropriate.

Note that the transfer times reflect the time of departure from Port Douglas. Hotel pick-ups may be prior to the selected transfer time, and will be confirmed to you by the transfer provider.

The transfer vehicle will depart at the scheduled time. Passengers who are late will be automatically assigned to the next available service, and any applicable refunds or no-show fees will be assessed depending on circumstances.
